We had our AC & slide stopped working memorial day weekend, not too big of a deal since it wasnt too hot but we needed someone to come look at it while we were back down in the cities. Happy Camper wasnt too far from our site. Shannon and Stacy had made sure to keep open communication on when they were coming out. Unfortunately other repairs ran longer and they had to reschedule but they always made sure to email and let us know. They were able to fix the loose wires and our AC runs again & our slide out works. I recommend Happy Campers, especially if you are at a seasonal site.

Shortly after buying our new (to us) camper we discovered the refrigerator was not working properly. Being National Forest Campground Hosts, taking the camper to a dealer to be repaired was not practical. We e-mailed Shannon over Memorial day weekend and the response was almost immediate. We made an appointment for a few days after the holiday (the fridge was working well enough to not warrant an "emergency" visit) and Shannon determined the cooling unit was faulty. After working through some options, we went with an entirely new unit. Shannon was fast, professional and took our needs into account. Will recommend!

I called for furnace repair. My Rv is 1.5 hours away from Happy Camper Rv. Shannon came out the very next day and within minutes had my regulator diagnosed as the problem. He ran a check using a meter and made the proper adjustment. All is working great ever since. I highly recommend using their services.
